In case you didn't hear, Angela Marie Wyman contracted the Corona Virus I believe sometime in late March. If her name isn't familiar, Angela is my beloved friend and model seen all over my gambling videos. She was practically incapacitated by Covid-19 for three weeks and then another three weeks slowly recovering.

Recent videos:
3 Card Fury
Diceball

In lieu of a live stream this week, I will be interviewing Angela remotely about her experience. The interview is scheduled for 3:00 Wednesday and I'm sure will be published within a day afterward.

I'd like to open it up for questions or messages for me to ask/pass onto Angela

Sorry to hear about your friend.

Please ask how she thinks she contracted the illness. Did she have a known contact or was it an unknown source?

If an unknown source was there something she believes she could have done differently to avoid it?

Ask if she has any different opinions about working vs quarantine now that she went through this

I feel a lot of people who think this isn't serious because they expect to survive it don't realize how much they will go through

Glad that she is doing better.

Q: Did you have a sense prior to contracting it that this would never impact you because of your age ?

Q: Were there any issues or delays in obtaining a Covid-19 test ?

I don't know her living situation but I was wondering if anyone else in her household got sick?

I'm sure this will be discussed, but she did have to go to hospital? Or just in bed at home for a long, long time?

Also did she do anything in particular at home that seemed to help alleviate symptoms?

Did you take a test that came up negative? How long did it take to become negative?

Keep feeling better Angela!

Her husband got it first. I think he was probably among the first cases in the US, but we'll let Angela elaborate on that.

Glad she’s doing ok.

I’m looking forward to giving you and both of my Vegas honeys a big hug when I come to town for G2E — if it doesn’t get cancelled.

For those that don’t recognize them, that’s me with my honeys, Angela and Heather. There’s a long back story why Angela is holding a desert plate.

Hugging is so 2019. Hopefully, if G2E is held, they will put footprints on the floor so your photos will practice safe social distancing

Always good to hear the stories of people who went the distance and beat this virus in the hospital. A super nice doctor I have seen a few times at the clinic I use near me spent 21 days in ICU with it. Write up in paper about it

https://windsorstar.com/news/local-news/retired-er-doc-survives-covid-19-returns-home-to-heros-welcome/

One question might be how much weight did she lose in her time in the hospital.....not that she needed to lose any.
The doctor above lost a lot in his three weeks . What food did she want to eat once she did get home?

If you see anything that was meant to be clipped out, please let me know. This would be a time to make changes before I "publish" it.

DANG!!!

Angela knocked this interview out of the park! I hope she starts posting here or at DT because, if she can speak that well off-the-cuff, there's no doubt that she could write tremendously well also.

So, we're five minutes in and I'm already impressed with how articulate she is, then:

1.) It turns out she was just warming up.

2.) She's a, "Raging Libertarian!" (Please excuse the political mention and I'll stop there or otherwise take it to DT)

3.) She sings for an 80's band whose name is a Back to the Future reference!

Looking forward to the next interview with Angela, whatever the subject matter ends up being. I would also like to thank her for representing Libertarianism so well with how measured and well-spoken she is.

I should have picked up on that reference. Pass the dunce cap.

Speaking of references to Back to the Future, the vest worn by the character of Fabian in the time-travel movie Look Whose Back is a reference to Marty in Back to the Future.

I finally got a chance to watch it. 👍

I’m so touched that when you mentioned my name, Angela just lit up, and her smile got even bigger — and she said “Hi Dave.” 😁

Now, more than ever, I want to get my ass on a plane to Vegas so I can give y’all big hugs. 😊

Well, I guess it's settled then.
----------------------------------------------------------------

I do find it a bit strange that her husband had it early on(in January?) and she is certain she didn't get it from him, especially since nobody really knew anything about it at that time. I know she said they're cautious when one of them is sick anyways, and they were extra cautious when he was obviously sick, since they were thinking it was the flu or something, however, from my understanding it's highly contagious, even before you show any symptoms. So how did she avoid getting it then?

If someone had this back in January, I have to assume they thought it was the flu at first. I'm not sure how long the flu can last, but I assume you're usually only sick for 3 or 4 days, maybe five at the most? After 6 days of being sick one must be thinking there's something seriously wrong. If you got sick back in January you wouldn't assume you had the Corona-virus, there was a good chance you wouldn't even know what that was.

Going into the interview, I assumed she got it from her husband Steve. However, I take her at the word it is just a coincidence they both got it independently.

In other news, here is a short video shot while I was there.
