I've seen this Dice Horse Racing board game with 2 different layouts. Which one would be correct?
One seems to be based on dice combinations (i.e. horse 7 travels 6 spots to win, horse 8 would travel 5 spots to win, etc).
The other version seems to be based on probability of winning percent (i.e. horse 7 travels 17 spots to win, horse 2 would travel 3 spots to win, etc).
I'm new so I cannot post links.

EDIT:
Okay, I did some googling, and the second example you posted is not purely a dice game; it also involves the use of playing cards and some convoluted rules.
Here's an explanation.
The first example looks like it just operates on dice probabilities.

Thank you for the reply.
On one version, horses 3-11 have to travel further than the other version.
On one version the 7 horse has 17 spaces to finish. on the other version the 7 hose only has 8 spots.

I think both versions use the same rules...with dice and cards.
