Last year, my wife and I took a one-day trek from Pensacola to Biloxi for a gambling outing. We enjoy spending some time playing slots, and like to hit $5 Craps tables for a few hours.
Our main destination was the Beau Rivage. The slots didn't impress us that much, though there was a community version of Press Your Luck that was fun, and we did a little better than break even. We didn't even play Craps there... the minimums were too high on the few tables they had (too high can mean $15, even $10), and we avoided the Crapless Craps completely. The buffet was also a bit expensive.
Beau Rivage was the only place we planned to go to, so we were unsure of where to go next. We ended up going to Hard Rock Cafe, and enjoying it much more. The slots were more fun (new Wheel of Fortune & Monopoly slots caught our attention), and the Craps tables were $5 with decent odds. I played for a long while on the Craps table, profiting about $300. When coloring up, the pit boss offered my wife and I a free buffet. I was a first time visitor, and felt very welcomed.
It's time for another trip to Biloxi. We want to hit Hard Rock again, but wanted to find out where else would be good for Craps and fun slots. We don't really play anything else, so Blackjack, Poker, and other table games are of no real interest. A decent (and inexpensive, if possible) buffet would be a welcome addition. We aren't afraid to try different places, and wanted to see what other users would suggest. We are going on Wednesday most likely.
tl;dr: Going to Biloxi, like $5 Craps and fun slots, where to go to play and/or eat a buffet?

Last trip there, I made it over to the IP to play. That is a very nice casino. It seemed brighter, bigger, and less smokey than BR. I can't remember though if the craps was $5 or $10. I suspect $10 as we were there on a Saturday.

We go to Biloxi several times a year. Hard rock is our choice for staying (the rooms are nice) and playing. We've had good experiences with the dealers there. I don't recommend eating there though. The buffet is OK at best, but it is cheap. The breakfast buffet at Beau Rivage is hard to beat and I've always been given comps for it when I ask after playing for a time, even though I usually am playing the minimums there. Try Aunt Jenny's Catfish House for excellent food at very good prices. Google it and you can pull up their menu and location. It is only a few minutes from the casinos. Have fun.

I like the IP despite the repetitive music.
The Palace has 3.00 craps and 3.00 BJ and 50cent roulette Sun-Thursday, but some say the buffet is not good at all.
I refuse to enter The Isle again, ever.
I thought the Grande was thick with a very negative attitude but that was a few years ago so it may have changed.
