I have a question in regards to your Blackjack side bet section:
Does anyone that you're aware of hold a patent or copywrite to Tie Version 1 that incorporates the flat 10-1 payout for player/dealer ties? I see Gila River casinos in Arizona have this bet with the name "Push Your Luck". I cannot find any information where this bet or name is owned by anyone with the exception of the Tie Version 2 which I believe is owned by a company actually named Black Jack Tie.

Always pays to look at https://wizardofodds.com/games/blackjack/appendix/8/ which explains most the known side bets for Blackjack. My initial feelings was it changed your strategy on the underlying Blackjack bet (personally something I don't like) so it means not standing so much on low hands (where you can't get a stand-off) so hit more, especially against low cards. Wizard's strategy and figures suggest the house edge is so low, so I guess it wouldn't be around any-more.
