How do you get the 1.8% back? Does the dealer somehow give you $1.80 immediately after losing a $100 bet?
So you can sit there playing $100 a bet, get a free bet worth around $25 every time you win with natural 9, and get 1.8% back on EACH losing bet?

Infinite deck, you get a natural 9 16/169 hands. So does the dealer. So you win with a natural 9 16/169 x 153/169. Or rounded 8.6% of the time. So you get a coupon worth around 1/4 your initial bet that often. So value is around 2.1%. Adding the loss rebate of 1.8% half the time value of around .9%. So value in EV of around 3%.

I don’t think you understand the promo. The coupon for the $100 bet will be a free $50 coupon. So its worth around $24. Far more than the $1 or $2 you expect to lose on the real $100 cash bet.
