Seka - Russian 3 Card Poker Game

Hello all. I've been requested by a colleague to introduce Seka (СЕКА in Russian) as a table game here in Russia. I cant find any information about it except as a Texas Hold em style game. If anyone has any information about it as a casino table game offering I'd be interested to hear, definitely any resources or if anyone knows if it is in use anywhere.
