Im curious how MTL's are handled.
I only gamble at Indian Casinos and a local Card Club recently purchased and run by a larger organization.
Are MTL's that total over 3000 to 5000 (depending on house rules) automatically filed with FINCEN or the IRS....or are they for internal use only???
Thanks for any information ya might have !

More To Life but OP hasn't figured that out yet. Instead he wants to go back to the Indian casino that is scalping him/her.

Thresholds for MTL's are set by the casinos so the amounts vary. MTL's are not reported to anyone outside the casino company, they are just for internal procedures. If a player has more than $10,000 cash in or $10,000 cash out across all of the daily MTL's, a CTR will be filed with FINCEN.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.
