Hello,
I used to count doing the Hi-Lo method but it's been awhile. Where I sit at the table makes all the difference in whether counting will work or not because I lost an eye in Iraq. If I sit at either end of the table I can't distinguish things perfectly on the other end, most noticeably telling nines from tens (not pictures), and sixes from sevens. It's fine if I sit in the middle of the table but it still takes me an extra moment or two to take things in (a visual lag, not a counting one). Slowing the game down slightly might annoy other players but I'm more worried about the lag being caught by the eye in the sky and giving myself away. What do you think?
