If this is an accurate description of the game, then it's been done before. I'm not sure how you could patent it, unless you're also the person responsible for its current placement in existing online casinos...

10 hands, hand in the upper-right is a 4hKd; the 4h is invisible. Visible via the bet menu though.
Edit: Had another invisible card in the flop. Couldn't determine what it was though. Win8/Chrome.
I guess it would have to be a visual / emotional experience. Like the hand playing out on a giant video screen with animated players that react to the cards being dealt and to their winning or losing. Maybe even an audio commentator (missing at Sigma Derby). Each (actual) player would have their electronic betting console in front of them.
You might have a chance if your product is good and the timing is right. One of theses days casino operators will have to realize their stupid slot machines just don't cut it anymore for the next generation of gamblers.

confirmed on windows 7 / latest edition of Firefox.
What I envisioned for casion was more like a larger table (not as lrage as craps but larger than blackjack tables) where there are stations/spots with monitor to reflect the odds as the dealer deals the hands (electronically or manually that is quickly read). Then as you say people start betting and "rooting" for their hands. They then have fund hedging on the following streets.
One issue would be who will choose how many hands when there are multiple players. Perhaps this can be also a variation by the hosue where there several tables with various numbers of hands (raging from 2-hand game all the way to 10 handed games).
BTW I am using IE and do not see that bug. Students who helped me develop it say it works best on Chrome.
Of course another option is to simply have equal odd but take a rake - like live poker. A small % that is capped.

Is not odds set through industry standards enforced by gaming commissions / supervising entity? I have read - for example - that for slot machines it can range from as high as 97% to as low as in the 80s. I would not play the latter %s but I guess some remote places can go that low with no competition. So, I think that will be comparable to other games and what the industry standards are.

Hi Duke,
Here is one link for you: How to Play Poker Bet.
It's poker action - casino style!
Poker Bet is just like a game of Texas Hold'em Poker, except here you can stake chips on any of the six hands dealt.
You win money by betting on the winning Poker hand at the table. The less likely a hand is to win, the higher it pays.
There are 4 rounds of betting:
Round 1: Before the hole cards are dealt.
Round 2: Before the flop.
Round 3: Before the turn.
Round 4: Before the river.
To bet on a hand, just click on the chip you want, then place it on the table by clicking on the 'bet' area next to the hand you want to bet on.
After you've placed all your bets, click on Deal to continue to the next betting round.
Your potential winnings on each bet are displayed in the Information Box next to each hand.
Messages and instructions are displayed in the Message Tab below the table.
You can keep track of all the bets you placed on the table during a given hand by clicking on the Current Bets Tab below the table.

Hi Duke,
Here is one call Prop Hold’em, you can click on the link to Play for fun: Prop Hold’em Play for fun.
Prop Hold’em Page.
Prop Hold 'Em is a fixed odds game that allows you the ultimate side betting opportunity - to watch a whole game of Texas Hold 'Em, switch your betting allegiances between the players’ eight starting hands as the game progresses and place proposition (side) bets on the cards dealt while in-play.
You can see all of the hands dealt. Winning odds are given for every hand at every round of betting. These winning odds change as the rounds progress, thus affecting every hand's likeliness of winning.
You can bet on any hand during any round and you can bet on multiple hands. This is your chance to make sure the odds are stacked in your favour!
Proposition bets are available during the pre-flop, flop and turn rounds and are accessible via the 'Proposition Bets' button. Proposition bets available include the number of the next card dealt - selectable via the slider or by clicking individual numbers; whether the number will be higher or lower than the previous card dealt, odd or even and finally, the suit or colour of the next card dealt. Higher and Lower bets only become available in the flop round as they are dependent on a card already being dealt. You may place as many Proposition Bets as you wish.
Click 'Add to Bet Slip' and your proposition bets will be added to the bets slip viewable via the 'Bets' tab. These bets will only be submitted when you submit your standard bets by clicking 'Submit All Bets', until then, they are cancelable via the 'x' button.
Texas Hold 'Em is a poker game variant in which each player is dealt two cards. These two cards, along with three others selected from a total of five drawn from the deck (called community cards) and dealt in the middle of the table, make up the best possible poker hand for the player. The community cards are dealt in three stages: 1) the 'flop' (the first three cards), 2) the 'turn' (the fourth card) and 3) the 'river card' (the final card). Also, there are four rounds of betting: 1) the blind round, after the initial dealing of the player's two cards, 2) the pre-flop round, after the player's hands have been revealed, 3) the flop round, after the flop has been dealt and 4) the turn round, after the turn has been dealt.

That is why I put the Rules down, so if you can't access with the links, you still can see the rules of the game.
You can ask someone out side the US to have a look for you.
