(Hehe, edited the original post, because apparently no one but me can see the actual images as embedded links. I copied the images from the Wizard of Macau site to my Photobucket site, they referenced them there. (thanks DJTB). All images belong to Michael Shackleford)
I came across some unidentified pictures the Wizard posted from a trip to Macao back in 2009 on the Wizard of Macau site. There are eight pictures on the linked WoM page. If number one is the one at the top, can you identify: images #1, and #8?:
Image #1: "I'm not sure what building this is, but I like the color."
Image #8: "I forgot where this is."
Image#5: "My tour guide said this was some kind of significant building. However, by the time I got home, I forgot what it was."
I was able to identify #5. It is St. Dominic's Church. Built in the early 17th century, to upgrade church buildings originally constructed in 1587. It is part of the complex known as the, "Historic Centre of Macao" by the United Nations, and is recognized by them as a, "World Heritage" site.
What are the others?

I got that photo too. All three of them were that photo.Quote: NareedYuck! Looks like Leonid Brezhnev.
Then I went to the Wizard of Macau site. All seemed normal.
Then I came back here and reloaded this page. The correct photos appeared.
I seem to recall discussing this problem many months ago....

Hmmm....
I then reloaded this page again, and got the three Brezhnev photos.
I right clicked on the first one. Did a "Save As". The default filename is brezhnev-big.jpg
I saved it and uploaded it to my own site. Here it is:
Admin note: removed image www.djteddybear.com/images/brezhnev-big.jpg
Sigh.
I was about to copy the url of the photo, but Ayecarumba edited his post.
Suffice to say, the url of the photo was a Wizard of Macau url....

I remembered that the site has some sort of security feature to keep images from being accessed. I could see the images when I previewed the post, as well as after posting it. I suspect it has to do with cookies or IP addresses tied to the wizard's images.

Per DJTB's suggested technique, I copied the images to another site, and referenced them there. Let me know if you can't see them.

They're in Macau (which is often spelled "Macao")

I tracked this one down. It is a restaurant across the street from the Grand Lisboa Casino, called, "Clube Militar de Macau". Apparently, from the reviews on Trip Advisor, they serve traditional Portuguese fare, and make a tasty African Chicken".

I think I got this one. It is a street view of the Chun Fok Village complex in Taipa, from the plaza where Rua do Desporto meets Rua do Regador. Note that you can see the towering Galaxy Hotel in the distance. The two stores with black signs are Kohler and Bisazza, both of which sell bathroom fixtures. I checked their corporate websites, and neither company admits to having a store in Macau, so either the stores are now closed, or some plumbing store owner is taking liberties with their brand names.
Check out almost the exact same picture here
Edit: The building on the left is the Taipa Luso-Chinese School.

Thanks for all the help with those mystery pictures. Yes, my Macau site has a security feature to prevent anyone from displaying one of my images on another site. If you try, you get that image of Mr. Breshnev.

Both the people who replied are correct.
One is the Military Club behind the Lisboa. The other is the main street in Taipa Village. Across the street are a couple of temples.
