The Crystal Casino in 123 East Artesia Blvd., Compton, CA 90220. (Artesia stop on Metro blue line).
What native American tribe is this resort associated with? Since this doesn't look like reservation land,how does this casino exist? I realize that this hotel has been here for a while.

It's not - from the games description it's a state-sanctioned cardroom like Bay 101 or Artichoke Joes.
