WV/DE Midweek Limits

I've only been to the DE/WV casinos during the weekends, and limits have been $15/$25+ across the board even during the day. What are they like during the week? Also, how does Dover Downs compare to Harrington/Charles Town?

Dover currently offers $5 from 6a-11am Mon-Thurs. After that, tables are usually $10 during the day until 4-6p. I'm speaking about Blackjack. I've seen their spanish 21 tables at $10 if they are not crowded, but usually they are $15 most of the time. Charles Town I have not seen anything lower than $15 ever, aside from $10 craps with 2x odds.

Is craps $10 @ Dover? 3-4-5X odds?

As far as Delaware goes, Harrington is likely to have the lower table minimums, from what I can gather.
