They would rather hire kids that are 20 than a person who has been playing cards for 30+ years. Because of a DWI 13yrs ago, they can't even process an application. Because an Indian lady supervisor can't read english and does not want to do her job. Or is afraid to upset teh NYSGC which they just had to repay $650mil in revenue sharing to - to build the Bills a new stadium. Lets go Buffalo !!!
The buffalo wizard is back on the player side after wasting 4.5 weeks in free dealer school practicing my skills.
I got up $8K on them monday with a $600 buy in. Pretty good for a 13hr day. Just have to perfect when to cash out while at the tippy top and not slip some back to the Indians by silly purple action...
Quote: wizardofbuffaloIt amazes me. The Seneca (Niagara, Bflo Creek, and Alleghany) are so intent on doing background checks on dealer applicants.

Come to Vegas, they will hire dealers with almost anything on their record. I know a GM at a casino that has felony theft on their record and did a little time, they were still approved to be the GM or top person at the casino.

Were they approved or did they have the job while their application was pending? I read that in the old days, people's applications would be pulled every few weeks and resubmitted so it never got to the top of the pile. That way, mobbed-up guys could work in casinos for years, just by switching the title of the job they applied for.

In this particular situation the person was given a one year temporary approval and after a year was granted full approval.

Maybe the 4.5 weeks weren’t a total waste… Did you see any holes in their procedures that you could exploit?
The news anchor said she had family at the Top's an hour before the shooting. A reporter said the shooter came down from Niagara Falls. None of the victims have been taken to a hospital after 3 hours. Suspect in custody.
This is breaking news on cable news, but maybe not Fox News because they aren't news but are a self-described entertainment channel.
Reports on twitter trending say he livestreamed the shooting on twitch.
News won't air anything about the incident until they independently verify materials, don't know what they're waiting for.
News conference has been pushed back again to 5:45 pm EDT..
The Top's Security Guard, a former police officer, shot the shooter, but because the shooter was heavily protected he was not injured, and the shooter killed the security guard.
It's gonna be a hate crime that puts it in the FBI jurisdiction, and also a racially motivated act of extremist terror that puts it in the FBI jurisdiction.
A judge has been called to immediately arraign the shooter on murder one (name withheld pending celebrityism).
That does suck but the East side of Buffalo is 40min far from Niagara Falls. Niagara Falls is a warzone itself.
The city won't fix roads around the casino and its drugs, crime, and corruption.
Anyways, a 48yr old man with two DWI's wouldn't go psycho like that punk from south binghamton. How would a
casino know the difference...? Maybe they should hire all 18yr old young kids to brainwash how to keep the house
edge and screw over customers. Binghamton is south central NY so the shooter more than likely did not travel
through the falls... But I wouldn't know. Thinking about it, South of Buffalo, their aren't many black folk. Thats just
how it is until you get to Jamestown or PA. It's mostly rural, small towns, catholic bible thumpers, or Amish...
I'm not a criminal. The Indian managers and supervisors are racist towards the white man...

If it were true, I can't imagine why. It's not like the white man mistreated them or anything.
Someone convicted of a DUI should be given a second chance, and doing the dealer school thing should get them a dealer job.

I know I did that one time when I thought I was wrong.

Obviously you should take your sense of entitlement to another casino.
However DUI definitely seems a bit reasonable when the place hiring serves alcohol and has access to alcohol.
From their standpoint, let's say you get hired, get drunk and catch another DUI. If there is even a suggestion you got inebriated from their facility they will be targeted for a lawsuit(even with tribal status) and looked at when it comes to their license.
