What does it say?Quote: AZDuffmanAn alert to those in PA. I just got a very real-looking email claiming to be from Meadows, however a close check shows a gmail email address.

It looks like their regular website and such. But a look at the header shows the address it came from as meadoeswebpass@gmail.com and a subject line of "Web Winner Wonderland Giveaway."
It even hijacks the rest of the background of my webmail when I preview it by turning parts of the screen black.
If you click the button "automatically enter me for a las vegas trip & more" it does take you to the correct Meadows website.
Quote: wudgedThat email appears to be legitimate to me. It is sent out through some commercial mass email system, and they just made a typo for the sending address.

Trust it at your own risk, a gmail address to me is a huge red flag.
Now that I look at my trashed emails, I see a similar one was sent on 11/3, exactly one month ago, except that one does not have the typo. It is from meadowswebpass@gmail.com via mail88.us4.mcsv.net. Actually, the one from yesterday does not have a typo either; it appears that was just your doing on this site. (meadoeswebpass@gmail.com)
I received these at a gmail address, which has very good spam detection, and it was not marked as such. Looking at the headers it shows it was sent via MailChimp, which is a commercial email service.
It reflects poorly on any company in any situation if their commercial emails arouse suspicion.
Quote: FleaStiffOkay, so you are pronouncing it to be legitimate. So thank you and thanks to the original poster who brought it up because it really is a "slightest suspicion" situation.

If it is legit then great. But I agree and ask what kind of casino sends their marketing emails from a gmail address?
Seriously, wasn't Little Caesars torn down years ago?

I think it is okay, but don't take my word for it. I would still follow AZDuffman's advice and be suspicious of it.
Anybody so inclined may want to contact them http://www.meadowsgaming.com/contact-us and ask about the gmail address. I agree and would think they should want info@meadowsgaming.com or a similar address instead.
