Steve Wynn and Sands Las Vegas going in to Japan?

Any local "news" about this? Saw a quick report on Bloomberg that they are actually looking at the numbers. Casino's expected to be legal soon and of course, an expensive license. All of it to compete with Macau and make Las Vegas number three in the world? An odd thing Asian gambling and gamblers taking over as world leaders(for those in the business).
