when pokerstars, fulltilt, etc are banned/prosecuted?

If it all made sense, there would be no money to be made. FT and PS just flaunted it apparently and must have not given enough money to the politicians.

I'm pretty sure it still isn't legal... they just do a better job than most obeying the rule of 'Don't get caught.'

At least, that's what I recall from when I was looking at the site a year back or so.
