I just got home from PA Sands. While I was there, the casino was ablaze with discussions about a PA GCB raid at Mount Airy. Apparently, a group of players filed a coordinated complaint about their slot performance, which led PA Gaming to investigate many machines and they did find issues. If the story circulating at PA Sands was correct, I assume the machines were set below PA's minimum return. I wonder what the penalty for that would be. How many infractions would be required before a license would be in jeopardy?

Wow...if it was widespead, I would love to see suspension or even revocation. It's probably the appropriate punishment if more than a few games were set that way. But I wouldn't be shocked if there was a fine only. Hopefully 6 digits plus, maybe a million.

Bit surprising. Their overall payback for May according to the books was 90.32%, state average was 90.05%. But casinos are stupid/greedy I guess.
