I haven't been to Las Vegas for a few years, but thanks to vloggers, I've been able to experience Vegas through them.

The first vlogger I saw was someone who did a walkthrough of Circus Circus in 2018. I had never gone to the back of the casino where all the shops are, so it was fascinating to me.

YouTube's algorithms decided to show me similar videos, so I learned of the Turn It Up World couple. Though they don't exclusively make Las Vegas-related videos, I saw their review of the Circus Circus steakhouse and became hooked on vlogs!

That led me to Pompsie, whose videos are my favorites. His story is amazing. He recently moved to Las Vegas, so he explores the town with a fresh perspective. His well-edited videos of hotel reviews became so popular that casino managers started to recognize him and give him suite upgrades so he could put his artistic touch in highlighting the resorts. But I like his modesty. Even after staying at a $10,000/night suite, he gave a good review to the $100/night Casino Royale hotel. His wife, Greta, is from Italy, and he vlogged their visit of her hometown of Como — and they later even stayed at the same hotel that my wife and I stayed at on our honeymoon in the real Bellagio.

I started seeing videos from one of Pompsie and Greta's friends, Norma Geli, who does fun reviews and guides like Cheapest Drinks in Vegas.

Then, I was genuinely giddy being at the livestream grand opening of Resorts World because the three vloggers all met up during Pompsie's walkthrough — a YouTube crossover event!

The Mrs. doesn't watch these vloggers except when I show her something interesting, but she does watch Strictly Dumpling's Mike Chen, who does food reviews around the world, including Vegas of course.

We talk about "Slotlady" Sarah on this forum, but I haven't seen much chatter about vloggers. I had taken a break from watching the vlogs, but last night after an hour of trick or treating and a late dinner, I settled in to see what's happening in Vegas on the live stream. Fun Halloween times on the casino floor from the comfort of my bed!

I like SayHiToMatthew as well. He had a video on a donut place near El Cortez Id never been to before and now I stop there once every trip. Great quality donuts, really cheap and a really nice outdoor garden area.

Ruby is good too.

I’m partial to buffets and the AllYouCanVegas guy is great too.
If anyone gives you 10,000 to 1 on anything, you take it. If John Mellencamp ever wins an Oscar, I am going to be a very rich dude.

Donut Bar? Place is great. Pretty solid coffee for $2 as well.

Yup, I’m a big fan of Donut Bar. Agreed on the coffee quality. In general when I’m downtown I like breakfast at four queens most days but will do a coffee and donut(s) breakfast at Donut Bar once per trip.

When it comes to the vloggers I like the places that are near the strip/downtown. I’ve never bothered to have a car in Vegas so anything farther out I’m unlikely to visit. But if it’s close and looks promising, I’ll go.

Travel Ruby is another vlogger who gets sent to my algorithm occasionally. I watched a couple videos but I feel like the pacing on her videos is too slow.

She seems to be another popular vlogger: at the Resorts World opening, people in the chat spotted her walking by!

I've watched two recent Travel Ruby videos, and the pacing has much improved. They're snappy and, to me, quite enjoyable.

I seem to never tire of videos about Casino Royale. I'll check out Black Tap on my next visit!
