Wizard I hope you won't delete this; it's not politics, and it is vital information.
In the closed thread about Trump it was asked about the impact on early voting.
Actually there is no impact. We are voting for the electors in the Electoral College. Yes, in some states they are bound to vote for particular candidates but there is precedence (which varies by state) what happens when "dead candidates" are chosen.
I won't go into the battles inside the states because that would be political. I just want to say that early votes cast would not be lost.
