It is part like EB said. But also just decay. Young couples bought right after WWII, but the areas had been there for years. Their kids married in the 1960s, as EB pointed out, moving to the suburbs. I have pointed out all of these things for years but he says he "knows muslims" or "has muslim clients" or something and because they are good people then the pattern of islam in every other society is impossible here. At the moment his twisted position has caught up with him as he claims it is "illogical to hate a group of people" but just posted his own hate for a group of people.
