Yesterday was one of the rare days where I actually felt hungry. I solved that by eating two gas station hot dogs for lunch and I was stuffed. I probably won't eat again until dinner tonight.

In theory I cold do that but MoW surely won't cooperate

I'll work on attaining that milestone but so far I a'int reached the 16 to 20 minute fast yet!

I know you say this in fun and I understand...I really do. I was a sugar addict. That means I had something sweet EVERYTIME I ate. It took me maybe a week to kick the sugar and it was hard. The fasting was the easy part as after 4 days of low carbs the hunger pains went away. I did get hungry at times but just had a few pecans and was fine. I drank lots of water and that also keeps you full.

Hey a 16 hour fast (or what ever number you choose) sounds hard but I would eat something when ever I wanted for 8 hours. The trick was I kept my calories in check. Tried for 1200 a day. I would say eat until 6pm. The next morning I would have some coffee or tea and would be good until I started to eat again. Ate a lot of eggs, meat and broccoli.
