In 1973, Alex Trebek hosted a short-lived game show on NBC called "The Wizard of Odds."

That show was just a few years before my ability for cognizance, but I did greatly enjoy the show "High Rollers."
Here's Alex with equally awesome hair: High Rollers
(My first link! Did it work??)
Edit: Yay!

MS' claim for adopting the title "The Wizard of Odds" (per wiki): inspired by "Donald Angelini (September 30, 1926 – December 6, 2000) [who] was a mobster nicknamed "The Wizard of Odds" with the Chicago Outfit, a criminal organization that specialized in gambling operations."
I'm glad to see that Mike's inspiration didn't come from a man-crush on Alex Trebek.

That High Rollers show is pretty entertaining...

Playing it correctly means you've already won.

Who here doesn't enjoy the entertainment of statistical anomalies?
The previous contestant was former San Francisco 49ers kicker Ray Wersching!
