OK, it's time to vote for your favorite BBQ in Vegas. I've been kind of surprised by the relative dearth of offerings in Vegas, given the gazillion restaurants there. Of course, that could be partially due to the fact that when I think BBQ, I start drooling and head for Ellis Island.
Though I wouldn't consider it to be an answer to the poll, I'm also curious if you view any casino buffet as offering enough, and good enough, BBQ to be a contender. Texas Station used to offer something like seven different BBQ dishes and six different chilis. They're strictly meh IMHO now, though. Maybe Drunken Orgy or whatever that buffet at Caesar's is called...?

I've always liked Lucilles. Those biscuits and apple butter, though! If you're tired of chicken fried steak (teddys) Binions serves bbq now and it isn't that bad for the price.

No idea about other places but I agree with Ellis Island. Went there recently and the ribs were tremendous!
