Well in hindsight now I am a little disappointed that our Real Estate agent didn't have a dedicated Website with Videos for the house we listed with her when we relocated.

Zillow is not impressed. Their Z-estimate is about 1/2 of the listing price. I assume this is the neighborhood where the Wiz lives.

If you are looking at $12.5M, you really need to step it up to this: 7 Falcon Ridge
What is another $5M between friends? I believe this is the home of the guy that was CEO of SLS but got denied his gaming license recently.

As far as Zillow goes in California, it can be WAY off (my condo is worth about 450k and Zillow places it at about 800k...), and any decent agent should be able to game the system to push the value higher or lower.
