For what it's worth, as a "new" member of a site, you seem to be going out of your way to alienate many of the members here. I didn't want to speculate earlier, because frankly I just don't care, but your participation here, especially jumping in at the level of action that you have and knowing all sorts of things about everyone, just has the feel that you are up to no good....one way or another.
Quote: lion457Well, walking and talking the past 30 minuets or so myself and my two buddies took a vote. We tossed around calling it a day on Wizard of Vegas board here and then we stumbled onto the thread about the attorney who I seemed to have brushed shoulders with and appeared many times in my thread. Likewise with a few others, mostly older type of guys and probably non gamblers or penny slot types? While so many are bashing us and accusing me of being somewhere I am certainly not, I told me friends maybe we should post more or do a few more trips to AC and as well MS & FW. Like in the old tv shows you guys are raving about (in my thread) Three's Company and so on we are a food service distributor owner, a helicopter pilot and a auto service related company manager all from New York City. 2 of 3 of us have many years of gambling experience and the other is relatively new. We do not get into the extreme grind of gambling but only do it for recreation sort of definition. So for the few of you that are specializing in discourtesy and accusations, have at it, doesn't matter. I am totally flabbergasted by how some of the members cite with conviction about me. With those powers your calling would seem to certainly be around some campfire with a teepee in the background extorting the native Indians or perhaps advisor to Rush Limbaugh. Our vote was to stay.

The casinos in Connecticut would love to have you. Come on up. With the play you describe you'll be treated well.

Been there many times. Personally I play very little time, out of the whole weekend probably logged 1 maybe 1.5 hours total. I rather win 4 or 8 or 12k and pay for everything and enjoy than sit down to grind it out and play for comps and ratings.

I hear you. Do you have a preference of the two casinos?

Care? Seriously, we had a blast this weekend, you think I am upset? OMG

two suggestions for you..
first- Many of your posts have given off an arrogant vibe and with that, the argumentative/hostile atmosphere follows. You may want to be more understanding in the fact that as a new member (as in anywhere else) you have to prove yourself to build a following, you can't expect everyone to be gung ho about a trip report being your first thread. Building a following takes time and there are many people here that have been here for a while and have a tremendous following. There are also others who heavily abuse the system here and hit and run on temporary accounts, to wreak havoc and get a reaction out of people..
second- I speak for myself when I say that photos during trip reports add tremendous value. They build excitement and get the reader to really be able to connect with you. Furthermore, you can squash any naysayers or doubts before it happens. I strongly recommend adding in a few into your next TR (which you hopefully don't do for a little while until things calm down)
I do not wish to offend, I merely offer advice of what i've picked up in my time here.

I waited a while but it looks like no one got the reference to Manny, Moe and Jack. Anyone curious? You know what to do.

Google says it's a Pep Boys reference.
their used to be matchbooks with their faces on them [caricatures meant to be funny as it is], and guys got a big kick out of sticking 3 matches out, then putting the cover back down, to show the 3 with erections.
