Doesn't Garrison work at the Albertson's on Jones Road just south of Flamingo, maybe Tropicana Avenue in Las Vegas. I thought he was putting out the produce there??
One can only hope that the same type of thing is reoccurring, and there will be another month stuck at 17,000, or even better, the martingale is in effect, and it will be two months.
Quote: Baccaratfrom79I noticed the thread count steadily rising every day all day, the past week or so for the 17,000 mark. Now he reached the 17,000 plateau and then the activity comes to a screeching halt with very few posts???
He is active over at Diversity...
LOL I can't believe anyone actually pays attention to that kind of thing themselves. It's ridiculous all the drama, excitement , suspense over something one should probably be ashamed of. I sometimes feel like an idiot for posting so much. I can only Imagine how I would feel if I was a active member of many other forums.Quote: RaleighCrapsEB has a previous history with this sort of thing. A while back, it was decided that 15,000 posts by a member was a big deal, and said member would be asked for an interview to learn more about the poster, if they so chose. EB was at 14,999 but some tiff had occurred, so EB 'punished' us all by deciding not to make his 15,000 post for almost a month.

I have to remind myself... I have meet lot's of neat people in person (some have been very helpful, THANKS GUYS!, and gals, you know who you are) and friends here, even a few good friends and new partners(about 2 years) came from this site, and its been very profitable. There's no way I could've done it without help. I think I can justify half my time spent on here. Obviously it's fun.
Bob said he doesn't use a mobile device, so I have no clue how he can participate in multiple forums with 17k posts here alone. Thats not including the time it takes to read all of them. If I didn't have a mobile device I would certainty have no way to post up even 10% of my junk. I find myself no longer being board while standing in line, waiting at appointments, while riding in the car, waiting for people to arrive, in airports or even flying on airlines with WIFI, waiting on JP's, between boring poker hands or whatever boring event you can think of.
As of this second I have no clue how many posts I have( I assume its in the 5k range) I don't even notice even though its right in front of me, I forgot It's added to the bottom of the timestamp. I normally only take notice if its a member that I don't know and they say something strange, interesting or valuable.

Easy, most of my posts are very brief.
And I don't read hardly any threads
here, I block 90% of them unread.
I can prove it if you like.
1) Play blackjack and all I have to do is look at a sloppy dealer and I will see the hole card;
2) Look in my room's safe and I have a chance of finding thousands in cash, not just condoms;
3) The Resorts World project is on track, even though there are no cranes on sight;
4) Can't win at baccarat and it's a suckers game.

Read above post from me.....Bac79=Hazardous Material and Chemical person correcting other's mistakes. Non AP'er, I can't count cards, low intelligence. Sprinkles magical dust on the cards. Has a lucky monkey. Baby also has a green one. Sum it up: "It's okay just blame me, it's all my fault"! ( No one believes me--so I chose to stop posting)
You're probably the number one there too. Stupid blocking threads immediately though because most fizzle away on their own, therefore not needing blocked.Quote: EvenBobEasy, most of my posts are very brief.

I'll never read them so I block them.
I don't like the clutter on the screen.
I don't have a lot of time for this, no
matter what public opinion says.
YOU CAN BLOCK 95%,THAT'S MEANINGLESS. 5% of the threads have 99% of the conversation/debates/drama/activity.Quote: EvenBobEasy, most of my posts are very brief.

You can't prove anything that's going on, you may have 10 sock-puppet accounts, you may read every thread top to bottom logged off and comment on your EB account , you can only prove what you have blocked at the time you show evidence on a particular screen name, because you can block and unblock any thread at will. You could block 100% of the threads, after you read them and only block after they become stagnant.
you probably read evry new thread and block it when it becomes stagnant or it's something dumb.
As I said you probably don't have 90% of active threads blocked. Read it and block it, I get it.
Someone could spend all day, everyday watching TV on a blank screen but not watch 99% of the channels or shows, what's the difference if someone spends all day everyday watching all the shows and channels ?
You could have 17k posts in 1 thread or 30 threads, its still 17k posts.

30K for sure.
Lets take March 4th a slow day for you. (assuming you didn't READ any threads without a comment and every thread you did read you had something to say)

I'm going to guess you made an average of 1 post without leaving your house every few hrs on just 2 forums alone(not counting Roulette.com or whatever.

Obsessed with me? lol
I was at the casino for 1 hour
yesterday, went to Walmart for
for 45 min. Walked the dog for
20 min. Spent 12 minutes in
the bathroom reading the
Harley catalog, spring is coming.
Looking at a new seat for the
Hog..
Thanks for caring..
Quote: WizardFor those of you who miss Bob, he can be found at DT, especially in the many religion threads.
The most ironic thing about EB, "God has no religion" because the only real atheist is the Devil.
Are you suggesting.......nevermind.Quote: GWAEOP, I am beginning to think you haven't just been here since January.
This site is many things to many people. It is not a competition, it is not about one -upmanship or outdoing one another. The members here are interesting and their stories are as well. No one should feel the need for embellishment or worse. That's it. Short and sweet. Thanks for reading.

Who needs a "BS indicator"? I think a hockey game broke out in the middle of a fight.

Not enough time in the day to figure this stuff out.
But don't wind up as when you did when you did at BS, now, all relaxed... if you know what I mean, which you do.

Quote: AxelWolfactually at you're avrage you might catch up to him.
Nah. Bob's forever stuck in a quantum drain (loop), chasing his tail (and catching it).
A form of bootstrap existence before you get to the 0th dimension, from which he can beat roulette 72% of the time.
Just ask him.
17k in 5 years is not that unbelievable, especially since so many discussions here require only short posts. It comes out to about 16 posts a day on average I believe (did that in my head so probably not exact). But that is not far out or unbelievable especially for somebody retired.
Currently in 3rd place, been moving up the ladder :-)

I've had more posts than that on other

it short is my motto, brevity gets your

Yes,,,,he gets to remain the Wizard.

By my reckoning here, it doesn't take as long to turn your brain into mush.
The internet forums can, as easily as gambling, take over most of your thoughts at the source. Long-term concentration and projects go out the window. Being in the present mistaken for brevity.
You can't put the genie back in to the bottle.
A little gambling goes a long way, baby.

Does that include all of Buzzards aliases?
As I said at Baccaratfrom79 rate he will be in the top soon.
Mods do you have a log of IP addresses for each person? I'm wondering how many different states I have posted from.
Anyone having that answer, please notify Mrs. Bob ASAP

That was Buzzard only. His first name, buzzpaff, was no slouch with 5328 posts and 112 threads started. I'm wondering if he's on here now under yet another name. That might explain a few things.
