Vegas Car registration that EZ!!

Why didn't I know this before? I usually procrastinate until the last day. Its not gambling related, but it might help a few Vegas locals.
I went to get a smog check the other day, so I could re-register my car.
I had a coupon for $17 smog check. It said, register your car today here at Jiffy smog and skip the DMV lines.
Drove up(no one was in front of me) showed the guy nothing but an old smog paper, no ID, no registration, no insurance. It took him less than 5 minutes, we didn't even shut off the car (it was cold and I wanted the heater blasting) We just opened the door, he plugged in something, put a tail pipe sensor in and it was done. He handed me smog and registration papers and we were off. I guess they send the tags in the mail?
BTW he definitely got a tip $5.
