Me too. Unfortunately, if an organization like Make-A-Wish is involved, that might be a long shot. Let's hope for a miracle though. God bless this kid and everyone who helped make his wish come true.

I enjoyed this and the other story with the kid in Seattle who got to be a crimefighter as well. One day when I make it big I would love to participate in something like this by funding it or donating usage of my cars or whatever.

I remember that story about the superhero kid in the Seattle area. He died about a year afterwards, but I'm glad that his wish of being a superhero came true.

BatKid kicked some ass. That was really great.
Make-a-Wish is a fantastic charity.
Sadly, many charitable organizations are a joke. Seems their sole purpose is to make the people running the charity wealthy.
If you have plans to donate to a charity, strongly consider Make-a-Wish. If you can't afford it, stop giving tips to dealers and send that cash to Make-a-Wish.
