Poker/ping-pong table for sale or free rental

I need to clear out my poker room for a period of 9-12 months. The biggest item to remove will be a casino-quality poker table and a ping-pong table that can be plopped on top. Many on the forum have seen it and can vouch that it's standard size and in great condition.
What I prefer is a free rental, but I'm very open to an clean sale too. Sorry, no chips are included. Local pick-up required.
