I doubt they opened your letter.
Since when is a personal letter called a 'comment card'?
Absolute template and used your return address on the envelope.

Go look in a dumpster out back and will probably find boxes of unopened letters.

The incompetence of the hotel was bad. The breakfast buffet was an insult. Why didnt they offer the anytimes first? Free room? I had a vegas hotel mix up once. Not as bad as this.
