$2 Powerball
i'd rather spend $2 on 2 shots at the top prize at Megamillions vs $2 on 1 chance of Powerball (even if the 2nd place prize is $1M).

odds of hitting 2nd prize in Megamillions is 1:3.90 million
odds of hitting 2nd prize in Powerball is 1:5.15 million
odds of hitting 2nd prize in Megamillions is 1:3.90 million

i only play mega.
and only when it is above 150M.
i only spend one dollar for one game.
