Why does some being "Restricted User" and what does that mean?

Just notice that when taking a look at some users profile with out mention any names.

AP - It's not that it can't be done, but rather people don't really have a clue as to the level of fanaticism and outright obsession that it takes to be successful, let alone get to the level where you can take money out of the casinos on a regular basis. Out of 1,000 people that earnestly try, maybe only one will make it.

The rules of the Forum can be found under Forum Info. Click on Rules and it's the third sticky from the top. When the rules are violated, some of the guilty are dealt with in the forum of suspensions.
As you familiarize yourself with the Forum, you'll see violations of several of these rules. You'll see a few posters habitually abusing rule #9, the no thumbtacking rule for instance.
Old and new members alike should review the rules periodically to keep the forum running smoothly. In addition to the administrators, there are 2 secret moderators watching over us without a hint of bias.
