Some casinos hand deal the Texas Hold'em or UTH games going around the table one card at a time, others have the machine auto deal two cards per person at the same time. Is there any advantage for dealing it one way versus another? In Pai Gow Poker you get all seven cards dealt to you at the same time, would the odds of making a great hand be any different if they dealt it to you one at a time?

Odd timing, we just had another post discussing UTH dealing.
The house edge does not change regardless of how the cards are dealt. Nor do the chances of getting any dealt any particular combination of cards. The cards are dealt one at a time when hand dealing in order to make the game just slightly more random and for game protection issues. These issues don't exist when dealing out of a machine.
