When I posted my souvenir from the Casino Arica in Chile, I went well out of my way to imply that the $1000 chip was of significant value, as if the denomination were in dollars rather than Chilean pesos. Then, I confessed the truth. I am sure I would have had to create some outlandish tale if I were to post a picture of my bankroll with a stack of $20,000 and $50,000 chips like the ones that Konbu has shown us. Great images!

Sadly Apache gold and Apache sky in AZ now use the same chips.

Hi Doc,

Not sure if this is related to my small number of posts, but I don't even see where I can add a new comment, so I am replying to this one.

I responded to your PM regarding the missing chip images, but apparently I don't have enough posts to be eligible to use the new image feature.

Harv29 -- Thanks for following up on this. Let's begin by checking whether you (still) have images that need to be posted.

My records indicate that you made two posts that were "official" chip-of-the-day posts, one for the Claridge and one for the Sands, both in New Jersey. Those are both now gone from the thread. Do you still have those chips or at least have the images that you posted before? If so, we definitely need to pursue this further. You also posted photos that you had taken of the Sands and Claridge casinos (not just the chips), and those are gone, too.

There were four other NJ casinos that had already been covered in the thread, but you posted images of different chips than we had seen before, images that are also missing. Do you still have any of this stuff available? I'd really prefer to see those photos instead of what we can see now.

Ace2, I am a bit confused regarding your two photo posts -- are you just trying out the new forum feature for posting images, or do you have something more to share with us?

Your first image appears to be the same chip type that I posted back in 2013 from the Casino de Monte-Carlo, but I don't think we have previously seen a chip from a Casino Marbella. I assume this is the one in Malaga, right? If you would like to tell us about that casino and your chip, please edit your post above to use the format we have adopted for the official Casino Chip of the Day posts, and I will then add that post to the thread index. I look forward to reading what you have to offer! (BTW, I think the image posting utility has a function for rotating the images, but I haven't yet tried it myself.)

I didnít realize there was a special format for posting pictures of chips. Youíre saying an accompanying story is required...something beyond ďI visited the casino listed on the chipĒ ?
