I don't know how its been where you live, but in lower
MI, winter never got here this year. I used a snow shovel
twice, and the guy I pay $500 a year to plow my driveway
came exactly 4 times so far and none of them was needed.
DST starts 3 weeks from today, its almost March. Most of
the winter its been in the 30's and 40's with no snow on
the ground. In Alaska they've had the worst winter in decades,
50 below zero for days on end and snowfall measured by
the yard and not the foot.

New England much the same sans the Halloween Surprise. Reminicent of 1972-3. One day shovelling, thats it from the land of steady habits.
