If you have not put on much weight from your last challenge be prepared to not meet your goal. Yes you lose the most at the beginning of trying to lose weight but if your body isn't as large as it was and if you are used to working out and dieting it won't come as easily. Not saying without hard work and dedication that it won't happen just know that if you aren't meeting your self imposed quota don't get discouraged, I wish you the best of luck on your endeavor.

Thanks. I'm not sure I will weigh myself during the process. I think I may just do what I need to do and weigh myself at the end of the 10 weeks and see if I hit my goal.

Can you believe this original challenge started 2 years ago? 2 YEARS AGO! My goodness how time really does fly! It doesn't feel like 2 years have passed at all. This is crazy.
