I was playing rapid roulette at SkyCity casino in Auckland last week, and these numbers came up
30, 3, 1, 3, 1, 30, 27, 30, 17, 23, 1, 30, 3, 30
Its a real wheel but it spins alternate ways each spin

Betting just $5 on red for that sequence would produce a $65 profit. Betting $5 on #30 would have produced an $805 profit!

Betting your whole bankroll on number and rebetting each time with your whole bankroll, and nailing every single number would result in..............WGAF?

Any "streak" is always of interest. Particularly to those who press their bets, irrespective of their thoughts as to its being "the casino's money" or "their money". A system of pressing their bets twice and then dropping back down to the minimum bet will bring in good money and allow for that occasional Black result in a streak of Reds.
Its the determined minimum bettor who probably goes home broke with that 5.26 percent operating on each and every spin but only wining him his minimum bet if its in his favor.
