Recently I played at Williamhill.com and I was quite successful at the tables and I hit the Royal Flush of Clubs at Deuces Wild (WH has quite good VP paytables for an online casino). Totgether I was up about 450 euros. Yesterday I tried to play at the live casino but all the betting levels were at zero and I got a message that there was no response from the gaming server. I contacted the live support about the problem and they would forward it to the management. Today I got this mail TWICE from the casino supervisor and an accountant specialist:
Dear Stephan,
I write further to your recent contact with our Customer Service team regarding the fact you are unable to place bets on our Live Games.
William Hill Casino reserves the right, through our terms and conditions, to accept or refuse the whole or part of any bet placed with ourselves. At times we may chose to restrict the maximum value which a customer may place, but this is within our right to do so. This practice is common throughout the gaming world and whilst we understand you may not be satisfied with this, it is our prerogative to do so.
We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause you and value your ongoing customer with William Hill Casino.
Regards,
Willer Bason
Casino Supervisor
But that's not all. WH works with a cash back system where you get 1 point for every 10 euros wagered and 100 points equals 1 euro cash back. The more you play the better your conversion rate gets. But they worsened my conversion rate to 250 points for 1 euro! And they are seriously expecting that I keep playing at WH?!
I don't think so. So stay away from WH because you're only welcome when you're a looser.

Stephan,
Welcome to the forum, firstly congrats on getting a royal flush!
Secondly, I am very surprised at WH for this action. I would say they are one of the most trusted casinos in existance, and therefore one of the more 'realistic' casinos. All they are doing here is ensuring they never get that money back.
The cash back system is awful, gamble £/$ 1000 to get a free £/$ 1 bet? and now they want you to gamble 2500 to get 1???
Also I guess only 5% of people on this forum are able to play on William Hill, so not sure they can help with this. My advice, move on. I assume you got paid? There are plenty of other casinos ready to take your bets. Ladbrokes is an obvious one.

Thanks for your comment!
I assume I get paid, the status of the transaction is "approved". And I agree with you that WH's actions are just weird. I mean 450 euros isn't that much in the casino world, is it? Well, I guess I can take it as a compliment that they think that I am a threat, advantage player, card counter or whatever :-)
