Colossal Construction on the Science Channel is going feature the construction of the bridge, today at noon Eastern time.
I'm sure it will be repeated dozens of times, but this is the first that I've noticed, and thought I'd pass the word.

It talks about building up the columns, and spends a lot of time on "The Big Pour" - pouring concrete to create the Skewbacks - the base of the arches.

Yep. Saw that one before. I was looking forward to seeing a new show about it. I was there the first weekend of August and it wasn't quite open yet.
