There is a Kickstarter for a watch that has a face that appears to be a single-zero roulette wheel. You tell the time by pushing a button, and lights flash next to the corresponding numbers. The example given is for 8:43; 8, 4, and 3 flash in order. Presumably, 10:35 would appear as 10 and then 35.
It is a "limited edition of 500."
