My local Casino has lottery promotions such as,"Enter your losing lottery tickets in a raffle and get $500 free play if your name is drawn, not a bad Promotion. 😀

A number of state lotteries have a "second chance" promotion, where non-winning tickets can be collected and submitted to win a drawing for cash prizes.
If this is available near you, and you can get non-winning scratchers for the price of free, this might be a play.

A second chance raffle is usually what the LOTTERY does, but my local Casino does their own "losing lottery tickets," raffle and if your name is called, the Casino gives you $500 in free play. 😀

Nathan what dieter is saying is that the casino is entering the second chance for you and you don’t get ish besides a contest that anyone who didn’t play the lottery can win … I think
Dieter please refrain from spreading this idea around as I thought I was the first to have it and plan on making a business out of it lmao

No, you would have had to already played the Lottery in order to get the second chance lottery tickets to enter in the Casino Lottery drawing raffle. As I write this it occured to me that people probably would just go to the gas stations and convince stores and supermarkets and go through the trash and take the losing lottery tickets to enter them in the Casino Lottery drawing raffle. 😵💫

Once you are in the dumpster, you'll find many better opportunities than losing lottery tickets.

Think about it. The promo says bring in your used lottery tickets. Thus a lottery ticket submitted to the casino after it’s been used is what’s happening and the casino does not have to play the lottery. Now I don’t have to go through the trash at my gas station.

Holy crap, I NEVER thought of the possibility that the Casino could enter the losing lottery tickets that are submitted to the "losing lottery tickets casino raffle," and use them to eventually enter those tickets in a second chance lottery ticket for THEMSELVES! 😱😳🤔😵💫💡

Where I live entries are unlimited ;) and the end of the year second chances are so juicy looking
Limited only by the tickets I can find and the type of tickets and the locations where people who have a lot of money just degen on expensive lottery tickets
Yeah it’s slim pickings but I think it’s possible in a way which is why I’m somewhat crazed at the idea that a casino might be doing the same thing

Who knows maybe it is just a charity thing to get the person into the door thing but if I were running that at that casino you can bet I’m sending them into the lottery for the casinos benefit to run the promo without much cost besides maybe somehow paying the person to scan the tickets in which I assume may be too tedious

At least here, the lottery commission publishes the number of entries into each drawing. 1 entry per 5 non-winning tickets, no real limit except the post office won't deliver pieces over 70 pounds...
