Maker of Roll to Win Craps, Shoot to Win Craps ("bubble craps"), Go Go Claw and the Rock, Paper, Scissors machine—has quietly filed for Chapt. 11 bankruptcy protection, president steps down.
I never even knew rock, paper, scissors even existed.
If they only did Online Craps with their Bubble craps machine like i suggested (https://wizardofvegas.com/forum/gambling/craps/37912-online-craps-with-live-dealer/), they might not be in this situation

in 2018, Wynn Resorts paid the company $2.4 billion to settle a legal kerfuffle over the forced redemption of Wynn Resorts shares.
Wow, $2.4B squandered in 5yrs?
(note: Stadium craps is Interblock)
Go Go Claw and the Roc, Paper, Scissors games are too gimmicky. Sure they might be fun to try a few times, but most people do just that, give it a try a few times, and then move on.Quote: 100xOddshttps://www.casino.org/vitalvegas/aruze-gaming-files-chapter-11-bankruptcy-president-steps-down/

company still exists and operating till bankruptcy process is completed.Quote: ChumpChangeSo do these machines get pulled from the casino floors because there's no company to pay royalties to, or no spare parts from the manufacturer?

they just dont have to pay their debts till then thus the extra cash can be used for operations.
You can see a complete game description, rules, math, etc, for my game, on my website.Quote: Mission146What a shame. I guess we may never see their next big game, "Pick a Number."

Pick A Card
I got the idea from this scene:

That'll be interesting to see.
I guess liquidating the machines would become part of the bankruptcy process, in theory. I imagine they might offer to outright sell them to the casinos at a steep discount. If anything breaks, then custom parts could be made or any remaining existing parts could also be liquidated and sold to casinos, I would think.
The company might also get an offer to sell everything they have wholesale to a company still operating.

From the website:
"Mega cases are single case or set of jointly administered or consolidated cases that involve $100,000,000 or more, 1000 or more creditors or a hold a high degree of public interest. Due to the nature of certain cases, a bankruptcy judge may determine to manage the cases with Ominbus hearings."

They've almost got my medication properly adjusted now.
My local casino is still leasing the community Aruze bubble craps game from 2009 (that was installed after the COVID reopening and the disappearance of $5 craps tables). That means maintenance gets done from time to time like replacing the dice and the glass guard and the felt, and the terminal screens and the shaker mechanism get readjusted and terminal batteries get replaced. Lightbulbs get replaced. The casino personnel replace the TITO tickets and collect the cash and fix the dollar jams, and key the dice errors among other things.
People usually come over to play when the $10 or $15 table is too crowded to get a spot or after the craps tables close for the night, which could be midnight to 1 AM, or 2:30 AM on weekends.
****************************
My local casino had new Rewards cards printed up for the new year and I've been getting 1 point per $5 bet on the bubble craps machine. Just got a notice that they are changing the rewards system with new cards in 2 weeks and it's 1 point for $5 on slots but 1 point for $20 on e-games and video poker. No mention on bringing down the tier levels yet, doubt it. I see no need to even use the card now unless I crank up my bets to $50 on the box numbers or something. Somebody else said he never used his card in the bubble craps machine because it would bring down his rating from the tables too severely. I'll get the new card, but just use it for tables or free play, or to qualify for a drawing from a hot seat or something.
