At first I thought the irony was that it was an online sportsbook but I see they have B&M books at Jack casino.

Always bet an even number of coins on these VBJ machines unless BJs pay even money, then it doesn't matter. You can watch the football game while you play VBJ, but do you really want that distraction?

maybe that someone took a picture and they are using that picture to promote their business when in reality they tell you to not have your phone out most of the time ... but i dont even believe what i just said because it is in my experience that you cant have them out at a table game because i usually have my phone out all the time and frequently take pictures

That is an IGT video blackjack game, I am pretty sure it pays even money.
