Where's the discussion of opening night?!
I was at the grand opening — that is, thanks to Vegas vlogger Pompsie, who was live-streaming his visit!
Lots of people recognized him and his wife. I feel like live-streamers are actual reality show stars. Everyone should know by now that reality shows are scripted, but when live-streamers are out and about, it feels, well, real!
And at one point, Pompsie met up with Vegas vlogger Norma Geli and they ran into the couple from Turn it Up World. It was a fun moment for those who follow these travel YouTubers.

The article has more details of course, but here's the basics:
1) It’s very red, was several years in the making and covers about 88 acres.
2) You’ll need money, but not necessarily cash. The casino is promoting its “completely seamless cashless wagering experience.”
3) There is shopping, and a certain celebrity family is involved.
4) Hilton is managing the hotel rooms — and there are 3,500 of them.
5) Celine Dion, Carrie Underwood, Katy Perry and Luke Bryan will perform there eventually.

Paris Hilton was at the pool party, apparently acting as DJ. I hadn't heard news of an appearance by her in years!

I have heard that she has been getting DJ gigs and isn't as bad as I would have thought.
And the saga known as the Echelon project that started in 2007 has finally been completed.Quote: JohnnyQUSA Today:

RIP Stardust. :(
Now the New Frontier casino next door was also demolished in 2007 but still sits empty.
Currently owned by Wynn. (His Encore casino is across the street.)
No cool name for this project though.
Here's a quick look at RW's table (and video poker) offerings from Vegas Advantage.
It's a decent mixture of games although hardly impressive considering it boasts 117 tables.
Love that old picture !
