Yes, I say that "I define "casino" as having table games, not just slots/video poker." That doesn't mean that a casino ceases to be a casino just because its table games are temporarily closed. Even prior to COVID-19, some tiny casinos shut their few table games down overnight. In some states grocery stores can't sell certain items on Sundays. And recently ALL of the casinos in my list were shut down; they didn't stop being "casinos", they stopped being "open". I wouldn't remove each and every shutdown casino from my "List of Vegas Casinos" just because you couldn't actually play table games (or anything else) there.
I believe the Casino Royale removal of table games will be permanent, but only time will tell.
Quote: Easy Vegas*Slots-A-Fun doesn't have table games but I count it as a casino since it's on the strip. It's also the only one above w/o a hotel.
Also, where's the listing for Jokers Wild casino on the Boulder Strip? It has table games.
Maybe so, but I just called Casino Royale and they said they expect the removal of the table games to be temporary.Quote: DRichI believe the Casino Royale removal of table games will be permanent, but only time will tell.

Yes, I was suggesting the removal is permanent. It isn't just that the tables are closed, they are removed. I will be expecting that apology if they don't bring them back.

Taking the actual physical tables off of the casino floor seems pretty obvious. I'm taking the under on "Number of tables at the Casino Royale on 7/8/2021", whatever the number is. A prop bet to be sure, but I've already got "Mets, Knicks, Rangers OR Jets Win One League Title in My Lifetime." I'll be 68 tomorrow, so they better hurry up!
