I've never gotten that message before on anyone. You can set your phone to outgoing only? Disconnect sounds different.
He did tell me before he just keeps it in a briefcase, not with him, so maybe it's emergency only or something.
I would guess a PM Is about the best way to reach him at this point.

I would say he's either in a hospital,
or worse. It's been 10 days and after
a post where he's told to get his
affairs in order. In the old days
a doc would just stop talking about
your health and talk about the weather.
That's when you knew he had given
up on you.

I've been checking the obits near where I knew he was last living. Nothing there.
He hasn't checked his PMS though, and my experience of him is he signs on daily.

If we know his real name and the county he lived in it should be fairly easy to check on death certs.

Thank you all for your concerns and efforts on my behalf.
i'm back in the county poorhouse and i'll be at the Diversity Tomorrow site rather than unnecessarily extending this thread here.
Still have computer problems and memory problems, but i'm alive after sone serious medical emergencies,

I'd like to revive this thread briefly. As I am still saddled with some deficits that I hope forum members might be able to help me with.
I am receiving Meals on Wheels and fellow "inmates" in this facility are encouraging me to use my stroller and do some walking despite the heat. I am often dizzy and curbs can be quite a challenge but it seems my brain cells suffered the most. The social workers are simply not willing to pay for transportation to or from any gambling facility and they will not pay for a blackjack tutor.
What I most need is a listing of those websites that do more than offer a free game of blackjack but actually will stop your play if you make an error in Basic Strategy and give you the rule that you are violating. If anyone knows of similar sites for various carnival games I would appreciate receiving urls for them too. Pai Gow Tiles may be too much of a challenge for me, but I do plan to tackle it eventually. I will probably have to do my gambling online since I cant get transportation to even the nearby Seminole casino.

My brain really got addled during my 100 pound weight loss, I only remembered this afternoon that I have a dishwasher in this place.
I am going to have to learn blackjack ultra-basic strategy all over again.
I am not giving up but it seems my memory deficits are worse than I realized. I read the top of a page and understand it but by the time I get to the bottom of the page I can't remember what I've just read.
