Good luck. Great targets which I expect you will achieve (date typo not-withstanding)
I'll free-roll you the price of a beer (or equivalent) payable by paypal if you succeed and I will take your weight declarations on trust.
I'll race you with my more modest target
Current weight 176 lbs
Target weight 170 lbs Due by 15 Jan
Target weight 165 lbs with lean belly and some extra muscle and physical fitness* Due by 01 March
*Subjective, I know. Before and after photos will be made available.
Past form: I was 204 lbs in January with serious beer belly. I still have some beer belly.
Best of luck.
I will post pictures for proof but they are so ugly I would classify as NSFW hahaha
Quick backstory for me I used to weigh 315 lbs at age 19(wizzard has seen this picture)
I got down to about 195 with a good bit of muscle age 23. Now at 29 works been keeping me busy but I知 kind of sick of myself using that as an excuse. So this time no excuses.
You are on, a beer it is!

OD would rather you send him private pic's.Quote: happaheroBut I知 totally open to posting pics :p leme know
If I can make a strong suggestion. DON'T POST YOUR PICS ONLINE ESPECIALLY ASSOCIATED TO THIS FORUM AND AP STUFF. I don't think I have to point point out why.(?)
If I were to post it would be without a head.

LOL. I already PM'd him with my offer.
Yes. Avoid posting any pics which could be google image searched to lead to your facebook or linkedin profile.
Others have made that mistake and lived to regret it.

If my math is correct, that's about seven weeks from now.
You're wanting to lose 26 lbs in that time.
Reasonable, healthy, and sustainable weight loss (or gain) is 1-2 pounds a week, max. So, a more plausible scenario would be a 7-14 pound weight loss by January 15th.
I'm only saying that because I've seen people get discouraged they're not losing weight as fast as they wanted. Remember, it's a marathon, not a sprint.

I 100% agree the last time when I dropped over 100 lbs it was done slowly over a 4 year period.
However this time I知 pissed off & disgusted with myself so I am shooting for the moon.

Haha... right on.
It's possible, just stay safe with your exercise and nutrition!
Good luck!
