Hi. I was going to sign up for Mflie and CET cards on line in prep for an upcoming tours. Neither website asked for an address and this struck me as odd. Is an ID, without any address, enough to make them happy with who you are when you start playing- especially if you're at a hotel where you're not staying that's in their network ? I've never been asked for any sort of ID when I give the dealers a players card-they just assume I say who I say that I am.

How, other than on-line, do you get offers and mailers or even the cards without giving an address, or have they dropped that and just do it on-line to save the trees? The lack of wanting ID just makes me think that either something is off, or they just don't care about it.
The best things in life are not free.

I would probably only get cards in person.
It doesn't take long, you may get some sweeteners when you do such as a free key chain or a free plastic necklace and clip if you play slots and want to be tethered to your card and that machine's slot.

Main thing is that places like Seminole casinos will issue you a card at the drop of a hat but you won't be able to use it until its been 'validated' which means linked to your drivers license via some sort of scanning machine.

You can always go to the craps pit and give your info to the floor person who will send the pit clerk to go get a card for you.

Yeah, you definitely don't want to sign up anywhere I can think of ahead of time. There are first day /first 24 hour bonuses at nearly every casino for new players.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.

Go to the Smith's on Blue Diamond. Back of the receipt should have an offer for $25 for new members. Two years ago I showed someone how to use it, and one year ago it was still there

If you get to Vegas at least once every few years, I wouldn't sign up for a new players card for less than $150 in value, unless it's a place where you are planning on doing a majority of your gambling or you have good information the offers will be good.

IMO LV Coupon runs are bad.

Yeah, but the rooms are large and cheap and you can get backed off for red chip play.

Seriously, check the websites for any 'specials' when getting a card. Even if its not all that stupendous a bargain, its at least something.
