Quote: NathanI think Vegas Low Roller is annoying. He puts up 10 minute slot videos and roughly 2 minutes is just him driving to the casino. I don't want to see 2 minutes of someone driving to a casino! He didn't use to be like this say about 2 years ago. Also him putting ads in the middle of his slot videos is trashy. His slot videos used to be fun, normal, short, and to the point just mostly only showing him playing and his ads used to show up before the video not in the middle. So sad how annoying his slot videos are now.
He's got to make money somehow off these videos for all of the money he's losing in the slots.

LMAO! ;)
Quote: GWAEYou apparently have no idea how youtube works.
I'm not a YouTube uploader, but I think if I were, I'd have the common courtesy to put my ads BEFORE the video and never in the middle of the video.
Most of the poker vlogs that are going on now have shots from drones and multiple cameras. There are links to specific items then use in the description of the video. If you click on the link to the item on amazon, the person who posted the link gets a % of everything you purchase from amazon for a week!! That can add up to some serious money.
He's nice, not too sweary, plays various slots at varied amounts and actually shows emotions when he wins big.
People like The Big Jackpot don't even seem to care when they hit a $7,500 handpay.
Quote: noy2222Brian Christopher is probably the only consistent slot video channel.

The Big Jackpot is a multimillionaire IIRC. So, winning $7500 is more like winning $75 to him. I remember someone posting something like," The Big Jackpot lost a year's worth of my mortgage in just one session and didn't blink an eye! That scares the crap out of me!"

He's the SPAM King.
His wife and he should stop posting them.
Quote: CrystalMathI watched some of The Big Jackpot because I met the guys at G2E, but it's mind numbing, especially with the lack of emotion.
Yep, I agree with you about the lack of emotion from TBJ. He lost a year's worth of someone's mortgage in just one session and didn't show any emotion! WTF? O.O
B. Speaking of millionaires who shouldn't still be gambling, Millionaire Book-Scratcher actually emotes when he gets a relatively big win. TBJ is just "Oh, ok, whatever". He's in it just for the fame which is kind of sad, in several ways...

Anyways, they have revoked his ability to stream live, with no real way to get it back.
Quote: rsactuarySo the TheBigJackpot got sanctioned by YouTube for posting a video that they say violated their terms and conditions.. but didn't tell him specifically what it was in the video that violated. He appealed and they denied him. I watched the video and it seemed pretty plain to me.

That's too bad. I saw one of those. He was pretty interesting.
You said, "...it seemed pretty plain to me". I don't know what you mean. It seemed like a plain-Jane video and you couldn't see why YouTube took exception? Or it seemed plain to you why they had a problem with it? It reads either way.
Quote: djatcYou can't monetize videos unless they are over 10 minutes I think
any video can be monitized
Quote: onenickelmiraclejust saw the big jackpot (raja) walk past me. That was weird. That dude gets around, I'm still guessing he gets casinos to pay him to play there. He knows about nothing about gambling, some things he has said would just be super ploppy stuff ploppies say that have never been in casinos. For example, he had a buddy playing tdb, he says Jack's or better huh, and I cringe.
I've heard that before, where people refer to any game where you need jacks or better to win refered to as jacks or better. I guess they say "jacks or better" or "deuces wild" or "joker wild", and that's pretty much it? A while ago my friend said his wife only plays jacks or better VP....then I saw her playing DDB....I asked why she was playing that and not jacks or better...they were like "no, this is jacks or better, see? <points at bottom hand on paytable, 'jacks or better'>".

sorry babs, just seeing this. "It seemed like a plain-Jane video and couldn't see why YouTube took exception".
