Closing KJ thread, really?

Might get me banned, but really? A good member is gone and you refuse to answer the basic questions of why. Yet Norm is still welcome here. I respect your reasons to do whatever Chan allows you to, but man you come off like someone Larry and 1BB say you are.

Hey, your forum, your rules. I won't let the door hit me on the way out, but you lost my respect with this move. Sure my respect doesn't pay the bills, but damn, I will admit I don't get it one bit.

This is exactly why it shouldn't have been closed.

I mean if you get suspended for starting a thread about it/KJ wouldn't that be anti freedom of speech? I thought that's why us Flaggers Got suspended wasn't it for oppressing freedom of speech?

I don't know either way. At this point im for for or against KJ. Until I meet the guy in person I have no strong opinion.

I don't think the JK thread is good. I just don't think cherry picking what threads should be closed is good either. People will just bring it up in other threads.

We will have to have a specific rule that excludes KJ from conversation..

You can talk about bans in the suspension list, like always.

Why wasn't it started there in the first place? Why was that other thread needed?

I'm going to intercede briefly, though I was asked to stay out of it a couple months ago. Enough people are already gone. Sorry, Mike.

90% of this or more has happened in hundreds of PMs and emails between the parties (I'm not one of them). Most of it concerns things said elsewhere and in the course of trying to resolve it. So you're not going to get a public explanation here. You're not going to get a private one. Either would involve forum rule violations.

The best suggestion from the other thread is to ask kj directly. You know where to find him. I would suggest you also consider that there are always 3 sides to things, but only as a generality, because I don't know much more than I'm saying.

You're right. I will tolerate discussion about KJ in that thread but we don't need multiple threads about it. Meanwhile, I'm closing this one for the same reason I closed the last KJ thread.
